ROCK SALT FROM HINDUSTAN SALTS LIMITED  has its own rock salt mines at Mandi in Himachal Pradesh  where 116 Million MT of proven rock salt deposit exist.  Our current method of mining is dry mining producing about 400-500 tonnes per month and this salt is specially liked by the people of HP   and distributed in Himachal Predesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Punjab, Haryand.  Since the demand is higher than our production, we are opening up some new mines  Under Solution Mining Technology..

1) HSL   is the only  producer of rock salt in India
2) Our company can produce any quantity of rock salt for customers.
3) Our rocksalt can be used for deicing purposing on snow falling countries.
4) Our rocksalt can be exported to any country..
